We were up very early this morning at 5.45 to travel 2 hours to Milford Sound for the early bird cruise, I’m bushed so this is short and sweet, goodnight. Photos all taken on the 29th March.
The church at Milburn.
The church at Milton.
This looks suspiciously like the typewriter I learned on at school, oh about 62 years ago! No actually I think it’s younger than me by about 8 years.
Wicker coffin anyone? The next four photos are of a little sod cottage just out of Milton in a place called Lovell’s Flat. It was open to the public with a notice on the door asking you to shut if after you, where in the North Island would you find that?
Balclutha Bridge.
De-consecrated church at Kaka Point, with a SOLD sign stuck on the wall!
The Purakaunui Waterfall.
Florence Hill Lookout, Tautuku Beach.
What bird is this? Looks very much like a sparrow except for the long pointy beak.
Waikawa Jail
